Where Do You Get Your Inventory?
We source our inventory directly from top bridal gown designers, manufacturers, and authorized bridal salon retailers throughout the country. Are Your Wedding Dresses 100% Authentic Designer Couture Bridal Gowns?
Absolutely. All of our wedding gowns are 100% authentic designer bridal gowns. We do not sell knock-off or imitation dresses. Each dress comes directly from the designer or an authorized retailer, and we verify the authenticity of every dress when it arrives in our studio.
Do You Provide Alterations?
While we do not provide alterations directly, we have relationships with seamstresses throughout the United States and would be happy to provide referrals if available. We inspect our wedding dresses thoroughly at the time of listing and before shipment. We aim to provide as much information as possible, including detailed descriptions and photos, to assist you in finding the perfect dress.
Can I Cancel an Order After It’s Been Placed?
Once an order has been received, it cannot be canceled or modified without a 20% restocking fee. However, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange once you receive your item. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll discuss your situation and consider options for exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please note that items returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the sender.
