An Exclusive Manor House Hotel Wedding.
Sophia and Simon travelled with their family and friends to the Cotswold village of Castle Combe village, where their dream wedding took place at The Manor House Hotel. Being a wedding photographer has blessed me with the opportunity to travel to some amazing places across the world, but the Cotswolds truly is an Area of Natural Beauty, and a dream backdrop from any wedding, especially a wedding photographer like myself.
This was my very first Cotswold wedding, second shooting for one of my closest friends and favourite Photographers Adam Alex, and is the very reason why I chose to relocate to the Cotswolds a mere two years later.
The day was filled with both a traditional church ceremony and a Greek-Cypriot ceremony, as both families united, surrounded with family and friends, to celebrate the joining of two loving souls. Simon and Sophia.
I met Adam early in the morning, near sunrise in North London on a cold morning, and we travelled up past Oxford, and Cheltenham, towards the village of of Castle Coombe. I remember the feeling as we drove onto the grounds of The Manor House Hotel, almost gasping at the beautiful venue and the incredible gardens.
Sophia was in the bridal suite, with her bridal party, getting ready with the lovely and talented (and now friend) make-up artist Sasha Pallari.
When so much thought and loves goes into a wedding day, it becomes a dream come true for any wedding photographer, and as a creative photographer myself, I enjoyed and savoured every moment.
Welcome to the wedding of Sophia and Simon, I hope you enjoy these wedding photos as much as I did taking them. May the both of them be blessed with love and success, now and always.
